If your order does not survive the trip or is badly damaged, you will receive a credit towards another order. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost if a replacement is issued. You must notify us via email within 2 hours of delivery – firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach a visible top-down photo, a photo from the side of the dead coral, and the label on the bag and include in the email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Throwing the dead or damaged corals prior to us reviewing your case will result in voiding a DOA Credit.
